Annette Hogg has worked in human resource management for 20 years with most of this time spent working in the private sector for some of the UK's largest listed companies including WD & HO Wills, Boots the Chemist and DSG International plc

In 2002, Annette set up her own HR practice and built a strong client base of both private and public sector clients.  She is an Investors in People Specialist Practitioner.

As a Chartered HR professional, Annette also has significant experience across all aspects of training and development. She has worked in identifying training needs and providing development solutions with management and staff at all levels – senior managers within blue chip organisations and business owners of small local businesses alike. She is a trained user of the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), a tool which promotes effective team working both in day-to-day and project team-working situations.

Annette's approach is always seeks to be flexible and cost effective, for example, with previous clients successfully using focus groups to establish stakeholder perspectives in relation to perceived culture through use of "cultural web".
