Douglas Robin
Douglas Robin served as a Chief Officer in Local Government
with over thirty years of experience and a number of roles
at a senior level. Until October, 2006, Douglas was the Stock
Transfer Implementation Manager at Inverclyde Council
leading up to the positive tenant vote for transfer
Throughout his career he has developed and managed
housing services, building services, benefit services,
supporting people services and managing a commercial
portfolio of shops and industrial properties. He is
literate, has an analytical mind with a clear and concise
written style, whatever the audience
Douglas is a graduate of Edinburgh University and a
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing
