Background
Stephen is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years experience
gained in the Public Sector, Retailing and Financial Services. He is a
graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University, has a master’s degree in
Occupational Psychology from University of London, is a Chartered
Psychologist and an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society.
Stephen has gained a breadth of experience from working in
HR corporate and business roles in financial services and
retailing. As an occupational psychologist, Stephen has used
his understanding of people to build teams and create a
competitive advantage through the available talent with the
organisation. He has extensive experience of business strategy
implementation and delivery. Stephen has a strong ability to
quickly identify a variety of both HR and commercial issues
and to provide balanced solutions for all stakeholders
involved. He thrives working in team environments and
matrix-management organisations.
