Bob Cunningham
Bob has over 25 years of experience in
Human Resource management and development gained in both the
private and public sectors. His practical experience
comes from appointments in public utilities, multi-national
manufacturing, food processing and education.
Based on his extensive involvement with
the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Bob has
developed considerable skills in the areas of HR policy
frameworks,
compensation and benefits, change management, executive
recruitment, coaching and mentoring. During his HR career, Bob
has been involved extensively at operational and strategic levels,
establishing and reviewing HR functions, often balancing professional
aspects with pragmatic business decisions.
