4-consulting to carry out a review of the Forensic Pathology
Service in Scotland. We facilitated a workshop involving all stakeholders in the forensic pathology service in Scotland (including representatives of pathologists, the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service, SE Justice and Health Departments, ACPOS, NHS Scotland Management Executive and universities) to develop an agenda for change and subsequent drafting of a discussion paper issued for consultation.
The internal audit team at the
corporate body of the Scottish Parliament appointed us as specialist
advisors in computer auditing and ICT risk
management.
