Acting on behalf of HM Treasury,
4-consulting Director, Sandy Pratt, assisted the Forestry Commission
carried out a mid-stream review of a project aimed at creating a new e-business service for the administration of grants and licenses.
Following our recommendations, the Forestry Commission was able
to adjust its project resulting in significantly lower costs the taxpayer and
an anticipated completion date for the project within the target date.
A “Proof of Concept” study to identify demand and potential project champions for a dynamic demonstration building and centre of
excellence was carried out by 4-consulting Director, Fiona Ballantyne
for the Scottish Forestry Trust. The building would provide accommodation for timber and forestry organisations in an environmentally efficient and sustainable building, which would also act as a live test-bed for new developments in timber and wood products.
