carried out a management capability review designed to identify a programme of management skills development for senior managers coupled with the development of a long-term corporate plan for AGM Casualwear, a phoenix company from Falmer Jeans. As a result of the review,
the company restructured its management team, improved its design capability and adopted new "fast turnaround" production methods.
The company was subsequently sold profitably to new British owners.
4-consulting Director, Sandy Pratt,
assisted Calluna plc, a British manufacturer of
micro-disk drives, to document and specify new Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) systems. One of the key aspects of this assignment was the need to allow
access by subcontractor manufacturers to the production planning and stock management systems.
