4-CONSULTING E-ZINE
Summer's coming and we've decided to focus on our
workforce before we head off for the holidays.
In this edition of our e-Zine, we comment on some recent research
that we have completed
for the Scottish Executive on "employee engagement" and
summarise some of our findings. We've also some guidance on managing Health & Safety at
work.
Please feel free to forward this e-zine to a
colleague.
In this issue

that engagement impacts on standards of service delivery in both the public and private
sectors as well as profitability in the private sector.

The Scottish Executive has now published our
research into measuring and improving employee engagement in
the public sector which is generating some significant
interest for some of our clients and contacts.
Working on behalf of Henderson & Loggie
in Dundee, we have recently completed a Value for Money
review of ICT services at St Andrews University.
As part of our social responsibility remit, we recently
provided pro bono IT advice for
the New Lanark Conservation Trust's boutique hotel
