Health & Safety at Work Policy

4-consulting requires its employees and Associates to perform their duties in a safe manner. They must ensure at all times that they do not put themselves, or others in danger, and recognise that their actions may well impact upon the safety and health of other employees and Associates.

 

Furthermore, all Associates and employees of 4-consulting are required to observe and fully comply with the Health and Safety Policies of clients of 4-consulting, when acting on their behalf. This requirement applies whether the person is working on or off the client’s premises.

 

Finally, 4-consulting requires any accident affecting any employee or Associate when engaged in work for the organisation, or its clients, to be fully recorded in the Accident Book, which is maintained at the company's Registered Office.
All employees and Associates are required to comply with the relevant legislation in effect within the country of operation.
The Director responsible for Health and Safety is Fiona Ballantyne. Any relevant queries with respect to Health and Safety should be addressed to her at the Registered Office. She will deal with all relevant matters and will seek competent advice where required.

Our statement of general policy is:

To provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities;

To consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety;

To provide and maintain safe plant and equipment;

To ensure safe handling and use of substances;

bullet

To provide information, instruction and supervision for employees;

To ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training;

bullet

To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill-health;

bullet

To maintain safe healthy working conditions; and

bullet

To review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals.
