The TCO Calculator is a small, simple software application that we have developed to help business
managers to work out the cost of providing ICT facilities in their organisation.
The TCO Calculator looks at all of the direct and indirect costs and works out the cost per
user and the cost per PC.
The features of the TCO Calculator include:
- Provides a checklist of all of the costs related to the provision ICT facilities
- Recalculates the cost-per-user and cost-per-PC every time you add or change costs
- You can save your data as an Excel spreadsheet and re-load the spreadsheet as required
- The TCO Calculator includes both in-house and out-sourced ICT services, development and management costs
- The TCO Calculator allows you to include the indirect costs associated with PC-users helping and training
their colleagues.
