Managing IT Projects

Introduction

When you start out to develop IT facilities, there are many things that can prevent you from delivering a successful project.  The following pages are intended to help you manage projects successfully by providing a structure to control costs and timetables and to conform to users' requirements.

Projects can be divided into  stages.  The stages work for both in-house developments or packaged applications.  The stages are illustrated in the table below:
