4 Consulting Ltd has developed its project management methodology in response to the high level of failed projects that we come across.

Although large organisations are big enough to have large projects and staff resources where the Prince II project management methodology can be applied, there are many organisations that would prefer to have a simpler approach.

We have devised techniques and tools that incorporate many of the principles of Prince II and which can be implemented quickly and effectively in any organisation.
